Attorney time to prepare and file, strategy on goods/services, routine USPTO correspondence, and status monitoring. Government fees are separate.
How many classes are covered?
Standard plan covers one class. Add extra classes with the “Additional Class” add-on.
Do I pay before filing?
Yes—flat-fee attorney services are due upfront; USPTO fees are paid at submission.
